In your case there was no subscription bug, if i look into your account and you cancelled your subscription on 9/june, right after the renewal charge was deducted.
There is not subscription active on your account as you already cancell it. Also on PayPal the subscription was cancelled on 09/jun so no further amount will be charged.

But i offered you a refund for this amount.
