Basic plan membership

Hi,

I paid 9€ for one month basic plan membership via PayPal and after I canceled my subscription because i just want one month subscription.

But now I’m not a member so I paid for nothing.

Please give me thing for what I have paid or give me full refund.

I’ve asked the plugin developer to check why is this happening. Your subscription is now valid till 06/may inclusive

I have the same. I paid with Paypal but they kick me out after 2 downloads.

Your subscription is still active and you should not have any issues with downloads.

You are not allowed to view this page ! Only subscribed users to Basic, Plus or Premium plan are allowed

Same here, but I paid for a year and after canceling the subscription because I don’t want the autorenewal I do not appear as a member anymore. Can you fix it please?

First of all, thanks for supporting my work.

As stated before, the webiste plugin that handle the membership subscription doesn’t work as we all want.

The moment the subscription is stopped in tmnascommunity, all benefits are lost.

I’m busy with the plugin developer to fix that, in order to stop the benefits after the initial paid period. They promised to release the update but 2 months are gone and the update is not released yet.

For that, is indicated in Terms And Conditions that if you want to stop a subscription you have to do it right before the initial ending period or do it only in your PayPal account.

I have manually activated your subsciption for 1 year with extra month, and thanks again for your support

I have the same issue, when trying to access the forums for apps. I’m a paying member and it just dont work. What gives ?

I see that indeed the paypal subscription is active but on tmnascommunity is cancelled.
To help to investigate this issue, have you cancelled your subscription on tmnascommunity from your dashboard ?

For now, i have mmanually updated your profile and you should be able to access the forum and unlimited downloads
