      I’m trying to sign up for membership and I don’t have a paypal account.

      I get to the pay via credit card page and it tells me I need to have an acconut.

       

      Any ideas?

        Could you try another browser or via incognito mode ?

        If a paypal account is not detected as used before, it should show the option for credit card.
