Seafile & MediaCMS

Hello any chance someone can help me get Seafile and mediaCMS going? I've been trying to get them running via portainer and TOS's docker manager but I just cant figure out what's not working. I know the apps are completely unrelated but I've had zero luck getting any of them to work for me. Thank you <3
