rclone (https://rclone.org/), is a great tool to not only sync local files like cloud sync, but it also does many operations on the cloud side that is missing.  Feature like:

      *  deleting old versions/file based on many attributes

      * Compressing specific folder or files, again can be done on older versions

      * Encrypting specific files not all

      * Works not only with over 50 providers, but special formats, for example not just azure, but azure blob format.

      * Can call remote commands based on the provider

      * Hashing to validate transfer and also validate later to make sure no changes occurred.

      *Splitting of large files

      * Union feature – allows you to mount the remote side so both local and remote files are presented in one share.  This is a great feature if you want to migrate older files to less expensive storage which is normally slower storage.

Command line would be ok, but am interface would be A+.

Ok close this one, I see there is one called

        rClonePlexDrive

For some reason when I use the search for rclone nothing came up, but when I put in rclonePlex it did.
