New Account – Says download limit reach after 3

Juts created an account. The subscription page says free member get 5 downloads per week. I needed 5 items (4 were required in addition to the one I wanted.) Downloaded 3 and it says I reached my limit! hmm. Came here and see subscribers complaining of the same thing. (reaching the limit prior to actually downloading that number of files). Me thinks something is wrong with the download counter. lol

As far as i can see you have not subscribed to any membership level, for now you just registered on the site.

To benefit for the 5 download limits, you need to subscribe to the Free Membership level.
