      I purchased a 1-month membership last month.  I didn’t realize it was a recurring charge until I got charged again today.  I came to this site to cancel the membership and I can’t figure out how to do it.  Your membership page says you can cancel anytime but how do I do that?

      When I go to my Dashboard and click on “My Downloads”, I see nothing.  Under Membership Items, it says, “You do not have any active plan. Choose one from available plans.”  If I don’t have an active plan, why was I charged?
